Even though I love travelling and meeting all these cool people, then it’s always hard to be away from my wife. But when I’m away I often get the chance to meet people who has the same passion for groupfitness as I have. And the more I travel the more new friends I get and also get the chance to meet some old ones again.

The last part of the trip was together with Adam Gripenblom a cool and talented guy who also is the newest addition to our team. I also met Hanna Lennartsson and Lina B (big thanks to Lina for her support on the BODYPUMP class). Had the great pleasure to run into Maria Olofsson again who told me about her new exciting concept – inner strenght.

Inner Strength
Inner strength has function and flow in all different moves; to stimulate balance, core stability and flexibility. In all Holistic training classes the focus is also to get centered and relaxed. Length between 30-60 minutes. This class has been developed by Cecilia Gustafsson, Holistic training (www.holistictraining.se) and Maria Olofsson, Motivation and Move.

What now!

It’s almost 2010 and before these rounds of quarterlies I actually had decided to lay of with BODYPUMP or at least as a Les Mills Trainer. I love doing the program, but I felt that I had some difficulties delivering it on the same high level as my BODYCOMBAT classes. But after some coaching work with Fredrik Andersson(BODYPUMP Program Coach for the Les Mills Nordic Region and Petter E(Les Mills Nordic Training Manager) the feedback from the quarterlies has been fantastic, so I will continue with it. I will at the same time try to work on my own physique and try to get in much better shape both visualy and inside, THE COMPLETE ATHLETE! I will post my training and my results together with my goal on this blog under the categori “Training”

Comming up is a guestclass in my old gym. I have been booked to do a masterclass with the newest release – hope they love it, cause it really means a lot to me to get the chance to teach there again! And then it’s a initial course in BODYCOMBAT. My wife is joining me this time so I don’t have to be without her for another weekend, that’s real love!:)…

Sunday it was Solna in Stockholm where I was substituting for Petter “The Machine” E. I presented the same two programs and I have never, ever experienced that kind of energy on a BODYPUMP quarterly. So if any of you are reading this, then you should know, that I can’t thank you enough for the feedback. And a big thanks to my lovely wife and Sanda F. who really supported all the way!

Well then a sad day in my life. I had my last monday on SATS. This class means really much to me (thanks for all the nice word you have given me, it means the world to me) and I really can explain how incredible the participants are. They have developed GREAT technique, they have becomed in AWESOME shape and everybody are always in such a great mood. But the future is really exciting and I’m really pumped up for the next season! At the same time I have been taking quite a big decision about my teaching and classes which I probably will reveale later on my class today. I’m not going to stop teaching but some changes will happen…

Then during the week it was work, and offcause my groupfitness classes. BODYCOMBAT monday was packed and the energy was mindblowing. All of the participants where fierce, but with the DYNAMIC TRIO, Caroline, Helena and Åsa  on the class, then there is only one thing to do…BRING THE ENERGI – I owe these wonderfull girls a lot when it comes to my succes as groupfitness instructor.

Friday my Sales Manager Lena Holmberg had invited the sales/consultat team to a conference with Brian Tracey in Globen, Stockholm. He talked about increasing your productivity but also about how to act as a person. Liked it so much so I bought a soundbook with him and will try to use his princips on time management.

Saturday…Some of our dear friends, Lisa and Nisse got married. It was an enchanting wedding, a nice cruisy party and a perfect day together with my lovely wife Jennie. I also had a chance to spend some time at our countryplace, eating my mother in laws yummy food and I found my first yellow cantarelle - BIG DAY for me:)

Now the week has begun and with already two great classes done, and a BODYCOMBAT presentation at Spenst Convention, Norway this saturday, then it can’t go wrong – LOVE MY LIFE!
