Great week & and FANTASTIC weekend
The week was great and it had the most amazing ending. Or it actually began last weekend where I taught a BODYCOMBAT class att WORLD CLASS inspirationel day. Lot’s of nice, happy and energetic particpants and a really awesome crew made this a good saturday.
Then during the week it was work, and offcause my groupfitness classes. BODYCOMBAT monday was packed and the energy was mindblowing. All of the participants where fierce, but with the DYNAMIC TRIO, Caroline, Helena and Åsa on the class, then there is only one thing to do…BRING THE ENERGI – I owe these wonderfull girls a lot when it comes to my succes as groupfitness instructor.
Friday my Sales Manager Lena Holmberg had invited the sales/consultat team to a conference with Brian Tracey in Globen, Stockholm. He talked about increasing your productivity but also about how to act as a person. Liked it so much so I bought a soundbook with him and will try to use his princips on time management.
Saturday…Some of our dear friends, Lisa and Nisse got married. It was an enchanting wedding, a nice cruisy party and a perfect day together with my lovely wife Jennie. I also had a chance to spend some time at our countryplace, eating my mother in laws yummy food and I found my first yellow cantarelle - BIG DAY for me:)
Now the week has begun and with already two great classes done, and a BODYCOMBAT presentation at Spenst Convention, Norway this saturday, then it can’t go wrong – LOVE MY LIFE!
You owe me nothing I tell you…you give enough only by beeing you and I just LOVE YOUR ENERGY! Keep it up and I will keep coming…until my roundhouse kick is as high as yours..!
